Level One: Must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to speak and read in English. Must complete and maintain certifications in First Aid and CPR.

Level Two: Must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to speak and read in English. Must complete and maintain certifications in First Aid and CPR. Must be either a CNA or GNA and certified in Medication Administration. One year experience is preferred.

Level Three: Must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to speak and read in English. Must complete and maintain certifications in First Aid and CPR. Must be either a CNA, GNA or CMA and at least one year experience is preferred.

Duties include providing and/or assisting with daily living activities:

• Bathing, oral hygiene and dressing
• Assisting with toileting
• Incontinence Care
• Meal Planning
• Meal preparation and assisting with feeding
• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping
• Assistance with walking
• Range of motion exercises
• Transferring and positioning patient
• Laundry
• Ironing
• Simple Range of Motion exercises
