Employee Call-in

Benevolent has a Voice over IP Mandatory Call-in line for our Care Providers. So that if the phone lines was interrupted the message could be viewed through our online database which contains the Client name, date, time stamp, and message of the Care Provider.


Certified Instructors

Our CPR  Instructor is certified to instruct the American Heart Association CPR course. Benevolent has purchased the New Rescue Annie Manikins that will alert the rescuer if he or she is performing the correct or incorrect chest and mouth to mouth procedure.

Our First Aid Instructor is certified to teach the American Safety & Health Institute course for First Aid. Students will be instructed and will demonstrate how to care for Stroke, burn, poisoned, trauma, and wound care victims.
